NAFRI – CMF Seminar workshop on Promoting Sustainable Rubber Development in the Lower Mekong Region
Objectives
- The objective of this workshop is to share and discuss the latest research results and outputs related to rubber plantation and its impacts on the environment and socio-economic development in the lower Mekong region.
- To mobilize and exchange knowledge and information on best practices, strategies, technologies, and policies related to the sustainable management and utilization of rubber plantation and its impacts on the environment and socio-economic development in the region.
- This will allow participants to identify key challenges and solutions that can help achieve sustainable rubber plantation practice in the lower Mekong region.
Potential Participants
The representatives from the rubber industry, policy makers and decision makers, researchers, and other stakeholders from the relevant sectors , as well as representatives and experts from governments, NGOs, universities, and research institutions.
