The Lao Wild and Forest Tea feasibility and design study is a 12 month study undertaken by the Agriculture and Forestry Policy Research Center (AFPRC) under National Agriculture and Forestry Research Institute (NAFRI) and the National Agriculture and Forestry Extension Service (NAFES) with financial support from the NGO CARE and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The study will seek to determine the potential of the extensive wild and forest tea resources of Northern Laos to contribute to National Development Goals. To enable such the study is:

 

1.    Assessing the scale and quality of forest tea reserves in nine Northern provinces.
